Backups run daily, hourly, or near-real-time depending on your plan, with continuous webhook-driven sync in between.
HubSpot has no undelete API, so a restore recreates records as new. Keepstone goes further: it keeps an old→new ID map, rebuilds associations in dependency order, and flags the lists/workflows that referenced a lost record so you can repair them. Use Preview restore to see the exact diff first.
From the dashboard, export any object type as CSV or JSON at any time. Your data is portable and yours.
