Keepstone provides automated backup, export and restore for your connected HubSpot portal. Restores recreate records as new (HubSpot provides no undelete); we rebuild associations and flag affected lists/workflows on a best-effort basis. Property history, original timestamps, and GDPR-deleted records cannot be restored.
You are responsible for maintaining your HubSpot account and for reviewing restore previews before executing them. You must have the right to back up the data in your portal.
We provide the service on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keepstone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including business loss arising from data loss within HubSpot.
Plans are billed per portal. You may cancel at any time; billing stops and you may export your archive.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.
