Keepstone ("we"), operated by Talonoid Technologies Private Limited, provides backup and restore for HubSpot CRM. This policy explains what we store and how we protect it.
When you connect Keepstone via OAuth, we store copies of the HubSpot CRM records, properties, associations, engagements and files you choose to back up, plus your portal ID and encrypted access/refresh tokens. We store this solely to provide the backup, restore and export service. We never sell or share your data.
Backups are encrypted at rest (AES-256) on infrastructure we control, and transmitted over TLS. Access tokens are encrypted and rotated, and revoked when you uninstall.
Hosting is provided on our managed servers. Any off-site replication provider, when enabled, will be listed here. We will update this list before adding any new sub-processor.
Backups are retained per your plan (7 days to unlimited). When you uninstall or cancel, we stop billing, offer an export window, then delete your stored data per our retention policy. You may request deletion at any time.
We honor data-subject deletion requests. A GDPR delete performed in HubSpot is irreversible; we do not recreate blocklisted contacts.
