My first backup is still running. Large portals take a little longer; the dashboard updates as objects complete.
A restored record has a new ID. That's expected — HubSpot has no undelete, so records are recreated. Keepstone rebuilds the associations and flags any lists/workflows that referenced the old ID.
How do I cancel? Cancel from your billing settings; billing stops and you can export your archive.
